HUM NEWS Channel

Hum News broadcasts continuously in the Urdu language around the clock. Islamabad serves as the location of the channel's headquarters, which indicate that it is a commercial branch of the Hum Television Network. Her other television networks, Hum TV, Hum Masala, and Hum Sitaray, are also considered to be her siblings.

On May 11, 2018, the channel started broadcasting its programming to the public. Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Quetta, and Peshawar are the five largest cities in Pakistan where Hum News has established bureaus. In addition, the news organization has correspondents in all of Pakistan's other major cities. Reporting from significant cities located on other continents is made possible for Hum News by the presence of special correspondents in such locations. The majority of the programming on Hum News's current daily schedule is comprised of rolling news updates, which are broadcast throughout the day. In the evening, prime time programming consists of in-depth news, instructional, and analysis-based shows.

Hum News, which is one of the youngest news channels in Pakistan, caters to a younger demographic of Pakistani news consumers. Its news bulletins include the highest number of items on topics like sports, entertainment, women's issues, youth concerns, and climate change. In addition, the Pakistan Stock Exchange is continuously covered throughout the week on each of the five business days that Hum News is broadcasting (PSX).

In addition to being the first channel to broadcast the interview with First Lady Bushra Bibi, Hum News has also broadcast interviews with President Arif Alvi, Prime Minister Imran Khan, Governors and Chief Ministers of Provinces, and several Federal Ministers. The schedule of programs that are broadcast on Hum News covers a diverse array of subject areas, including those pertaining to information, politics, religion, and social issues.
