We, at PPR compare the ratings of all news channels in Pakistan and see which ones are most watched by people in their region. It also shows what time of day these channels have their highest viewership and how many people watch each channel on average per day.
To evaluate TV ratings, a gadget is attached to the televisions of several thousand viewers. This gadget collects data on what they are watching, and then sends it back to the network. The network can then use this information to determine how many people were watching each episode, and which ones were most popular. We also gather ratings from several social media platforms using tools like social blade and other authentic sources.
